We work in some of the highest-consequence environments in Canadian forestry — active fires, burned landscapes, danger trees, steep ground. Our safety system is built from decades on that ground: certified assessors, dual-ticketed crews, disciplined work-rest standards, and a culture where any member can stop the job, any time, for any safety reason. It's the first thing we plan and the last thing we compromise.
